I'm not sure if there is one or not for Milfy City but I've seen a few threads on here discussing fan-casting of various popular games with real actors, models, and porn performers. I'd be surprised if there wasn't one for this game.
I get a strong Milfy City vibe from a British glamour model named Emma Glover. I don't believe she does porn though. Probably closer to Linda than Celia maybe as well but I just got the urge to share her here.

I'm pretty sure there's never been an official android port. I could be wrong though. Some sections and features might need rebuilding to work on smaller devices. Clicking hidden images would probably be particularly tough as it is.
Edit: there's apparently this unofficial port. But on the previous page to this it was mentioned that it may be a scam or something else fishy, so be warned and use at your own risk I guess.

This game doesn't have an "official" Android port and there never has been one, as has already been said, and if there is one out there then beware. Download and use it at your own risk.
