This game has made quite a lot of kinks entangled within. Mom who has a crush on son, sister that crushes on brother, but they all act like they want him to themselves. He keeps his relations with the others out of his interactions with each one, which doesn't set well with me, I've never liked the idea of keeping secrets. I do not mind that as much though as the fact that I believe they would all be okay with one another being together... I just don't know how long he will keep it a secret before simply letting them know without secrecy. It is quite suspenseful to say the least. I enjoy the younger sister the most, how beautiful she is, and how interested she is in pursuing more intimate relations with the MC. I enjoy also how very strongly the mom feels toward sexual interactions with the MC. I wish to see more about the dad though, his business was on the brink of disaster, and you as the MC had a choice to either destroy it for good or remove those who wanted to harm it, but there isn't any way to increase your standing as it is, with the company. I'd like it if somewhere down the line we can become part of the company, making money from it, and helping to find out more about the secrets the dad has locked away in his office. I rate this a 4/5 GREAT for how well everything is put together. The images are great, the animations are smooth, and the story line is fun. I wonder if there will be impregnation integrated, but how most games would add impregnation at the end, I really would like it if more games would have it in the middle where you can enjoy having a family together with the women you make babies with. A fight for attention over the MC who has to share it with the needy women around him. Great job so far I really enjoyed the game up to this update.

Amazing, love the character development and the character models are superb. Might be cool if the dad was more of an obstacle to overcome but I can't wait to see where this game goes! P.S. some replayability with characters would also be nice.

I played this game on Android which I know is not Its' intended platform , but I had a great time. The characters are gorgeous and there is a very large cast. However, despite the variety in characters, there wasn't much variance in personality. It felt like most of the characters threw themselves at you a bit too easily. My favorite character was Caroline because it felt like the relationship with her was the most gradual and had the most development. Since this game is still under development, there are a few dead ends with some characters, but the game does a good job making that clear. I recommend using the walkthrough mod. You don't need to rely on it, but it's nice to have when you get stuck and aren't sure what to do next.

TL;DR:

Pros:
1. The plot is fun.
2. Ren'Py system, basically, "rape-it-all-the-way", 0 diversion
3. No grinding for H-Scenes

Cons:
1. The so-call mini-games...is not as good as you might be expecting if you are looking forward to something cool.
2. You might enjoy like the easy & straight-forward style, there is basically no choices at all nor any consequences.

Honest Opinion:
Given that the popular opinion might be that this game is easy to access and straight-forward, I will probably be the black sheep who has a different view.

Personally, 3D models are easily made and simply required minimal effort to design, so I am giving it a low score for the art and graphic, you might say "you can at least appreciate the details in the background" but then I'd rather appreciate the art teams' hardwork for whatever the cost.

Audio wise, there is no innovation at all as there is no VA. So again among all the other Ren'Py games, this is not one that gives me a good impression.

Writing wise, it's quite fine. You can ask for more if you are an erotic novel fans, but I am satisfied with the writing.

What hurts me most is that the whole game is too straight-forward. There is no choices that affect the outcome and somehow create variations. If there are truly not many differences, there shouldn't be so many trivial game controls like moving via locations, doing certain actions, etc. Those gimmicks don't make any sense at all. By creating a false sense of control, doesn't mean the players are in control at all, and frankly, those meaningless gimmicks make the game longer than it should. So more is less in this case.

The problem with the dev is, that i believe he is doing almost everything on his own. I dont get the fact that he is one of the most paid creators, but still needs 1 month to release, in his words, "almost done" Animations....

This game's great i love it because of its balance between its story and its difficulty. i really like when a game doesn't underestimate my inteligence, and this is the case in "Milfy City" with a funny progresive story that grows naturally, not forcing anything, leting you choose most of it, almost seducing not just the main character but also the player. Great soundtrack and performance, i personally haven't encountered bugs, but i know that the devs work it all the time. Visually is amazing, the models, the light is always accurate and the scenes, astonishing. About it's playability it has great mechanics, like looking for small secrets to unlock a gallery scene, that makes that you can not only focus on the story but also in the content around the main story.

Story is average kinda dumb but cute with a kind and creepy young MC. Game is give a free feeling because you can choose what you want to do with which character and when. Thats good for custom route order or ignore characters if don't like them. Game mechanism smoth except selectation and combination of items that kind of advanture games before turn of the millennium. Renders and animations are top class and the game realy working for me if I see the whole package.

This game is very good, there is definitely a reason why its on the front page of F95Zone.

The artwork is fantastic, the story is really good, and there is a decent amount of content to keep you entertained for a night or two.

I do find the older sister story a bit annoying, no spoilers here but give the game a go and you may or may not agree.

Definitely deserving of a 5/5 rating in my opinion and I'll be playing every update I can.

Good Points
+ Caroline is probably the best thing happened this game, her character, design, and the relationship development she has with MC is pretty enjoyable and it's one of best romance developments I have seen in adult games.
+ We have pretty good art style and quality.
+ We have well-made & hot animations for sex scenes along with a lot of different positions/angles.


Bad Points
- Even tho Caroline's relationship development with MC is good, her romance path still has some annoying things like whole half-naked or nearly naked photos she uploads to her site, or how she gets groped by her asshole ex-boyfriend in the club, etc.
- If MC was someone more powerful and not some weak kid it would be better.
- Characters like Charles, Dwayne, existence is enough to count as a con, but if that's not enough you can count MC acting like scared b*tch around them as well, especially Dwayne.
- The game is sandbox and navigation is pretty annoying, everything is too manual, you can't even go straight to the map or you can't use timeskip button while you are in buildings and gotta sleep, etc, or you can't sleep and pass the day right away, instead you gotta click navigation over and over again until you reach your bed, and doing this over and over again for every ingame day just to skip next day is simply painful.
- There are some night activities and sandbox events for the characters, normally their existence would be good, but in this game they are here to remind you how much time and effort wasted on these stuff instead of making endings for the characters and the game...
- The game is very inconsistent when it comes to content, and after 6-7 years of development and ''completed'' label it still don't have endings the DEV promised before, he just told he will release them as a DLC instead... Jeez...

For The End
If 2-3 years ago someone asked me anything about this game I would say its one of best adult games ever made, but considering all negative points I'm not sure it deserve that anymore. And honestly if DEV delivered endings with ''completed'' tag he would redeem himself at least little bit, but he not delivering the endings, releasing the game on Steam with Completed tag, saying he will deliver endings with DLCs, etc, was just unacceptable...

The game is absolutely perfect. The graphics are awesome, girls are hot, the main hero is not another 12-year-old-slim-as-f*ck boy. And the story is fine. Sex scenes for any mentally health person may desire. 5 stars, no sh*t.

The characters are like most games on this site, you are the only boy with two sisters and a mother who is not happy with her sex life.

The MC has no personality really, just wants to fuck anything with tits, again like most games on this site. Also, again what is up with the MC's always having oversized cocks? Standing about a foot away from his sister and still able to touch her in the stomach with it

The story and processing are confusing if you don't use the walkthrough as their any hints on what to do now, just randomly talking to people at different times of the day.

Lastly, who in their right mind wants to ask their teacher out on a date, let alone in front of the entire school in a hallway.

Version 0.6 is actually a bit disappointing.
There are several reasons.
1. It's a big update, but it's not much added.
2. The image added to the Secret Gallery has a lot of duplicate images. Only the angle changed...
3. A mini-game that is boring and forcing repetition.
4. Unfinished events.
1) It is awkward because there is no animation in the event.
2) Comparing the events of caroline and linda, the events of caroline are too low quality.(background, story)
And I personally recommend that you finish the story of the existing characters and create a new one.
Overall, I feel like I've released an incomplete version very quickly.
But it took me a year...

And it's been a month since 0.6 came out.
But there is no information on the next version, nor is 0.6 animation complete.
This was the best game I've seen here. Not anymore.

Really love the pace of the game and the story. I have played it to end (0.6 version).
The models looks great and it have a nice game play and story.

But the mini games/quick time events with the ladder is not fun and takes to long to get through. Its just insane! who have so much difficulty with climbing on a ladder? I could walk up and down a ladder 10 times in real life the time it takes our protagonist to do it.

If i could add anything to the game it would be something with the dad doing something with with his daughter(s) to.

So if you like incest games with a sandbox element where the VN don´t fill up the whole game, you should give it try.

The reason behind my average 3 stars rating for this game is that I'm actually very conflicted about it, and for those interested here's why :

- The Good: very simply put, the game has the best renders I've ever seen in the genre (during close-ups, the texture of the skin and of many other body details is uncanny). Not only the technical quality is top-notch, but the esthetics of most characters is really sublime.
As if that wasn't enough, the game uses animations extensively, and they are incredibly smooth and well executed: you can see the bodies actually interacting and pushing against one anothers, with skin and muscles changing shape accordingly.
All my respect to the author as a 3D artist, kudos!

-The Not-So-Good: the fact that the game was originally conceived as incest-themed is painfully obvious even after the re-writing of the dialogues, and even when compared to other games that had a similar evolution to conform to patreon standards. If that is not your kink at all, you're in for a pretty big mood-killer...
The univeristy the MC attends screams high school from every wall, and what was originally the MC's younger sister (along with all the other female students) looks quite underage. In fact, the MC himself looks quite underage...
Unfortunately, I don't think any amount of dialogue tweaking could fix all of the above without also a massive re-rendering of some characters and environments, and that is obviously out of the question.

To sum it up, if incest is your thing and underage characters don't bother you, this game (with the patch applied) is basically heaven on earth for you. If it isn't, I'd say it is still very much worth playing for the visuals alone, but be prepared for some (or much) frustration.
