there are a few cards hidden on the entrances to the neighbours and Celia's houses/apartments, look in the bushes on the left side of the neighbours, radiator in front of celia's found those easy ones so far

Worked for me. Try typing "chmod -R 755 /Users/yourname/Desktop/Milfy_City-0.6b-mac" make sure to substitute "yourname" with your actual user name.

Try to extract it with iZip and do both chmod
