Worked for me. Try typing "chmod -R 755 /Users/yourname/Desktop/Milfy_City-0.6b-mac" make sure to substitute "yourname" with your actual user name.

No what those commands are meant to do is to make the file executable, which means your computer would detect is as something that can be ran instead of just a file. First commands makes the game file executable while the second command recusrively changes the permissions for all the files in the directory
