Be aware, a nasty bug is out there which causes the blowjob scene to to repeat endlessly. You can bypass by using an old save.

I was having this exact same issue but i fixed it.

Delete the bugged version of the folder you unpacked.

Download izip and unpack milfy city .zip file onto desktop using that program.

Put all three of the commands previously posted into terminal, making sure to replace "username" with your mac username.

The game app should work after that.

Sorry, but I do not understand too much. What three commands?
