i just went thru it again, you must do all the steps exactly as they are laid out in the walk thru

if you dont get Celia distracting the security guard, then MC erasing the tapes, then her thinking that MC is the black mailer the first office scene will not show up, or at least thats what i found happening.

Who exactly has new scenes in this update and how many? The changelog is very vague and doesn't say exactly who and how many for whomever. I'm mostly interested in Caroline, for those that played this update let me know thanks and much appreciated. I'll most likely only play this update if Caroline or Linda has a decent amount of content.

No new Linda content, as far as I understand only new content relates to Caroline, Ceila, Neighbors.

Increasing relationships with Sara or Linda will not help for this update. There is no new content for them in this update.

I believe it is listed as a bug in the changelog that new scenes will not show in the Gallery.

Started a new save and the Blowjob event keeps looping every night. I also haven't unlocked anything after that, except a message that Caroline wants to go on a date, after it from what it seems.
