Click on it in the inventory, then click on the Bathroom door in the Kitchen.
That's the only place right now where you can use it, and only if the door is locked or the game tells you to go there.

3) I did not. I have enjoyed his work for years and I'm not angry at all about this or have any expectations. Your opinion or mine really doesn't matter. It's still theft.
His animations haven't fallen, the other games are the ones that improved.
This game is being developed for so long that many still believe this is the pinacle of adult games. That's why the dev started milking instead working. When there are already so many games so much better than this one.
I recall when I had a lot of fun with this, and thought this was a great improvement. By any means this game justifies the love it has now of so many people. It can still be enjoyable, but it's nearly outdated.
I downloaded the compressed version and when trying to extract on 9zip (or 7zip), I can't open the game because of this issue:

Agreed.
You get the one scene with Sara and a few good peekaboos at Linda. Otherwise it's pointless. Maybe it'll mean something more in the future (if we're lucky to get that far with this game)
Sara weekend event disappears for me. I've started a whole new save, no mods or patches or anything, so there should be nothing to interfere. Before I get the tickets from Sara, the event is locked, as it should be. Then after I get the tickets, and it is weekend, the text where it should say: "Sara weekend event." is totally gone. Does anybody else experience this, or know how to fix it?

Yeah I speed-ran through Sara's route 4 times today after a fresh install using Lain's mod and POOF, gone, just like you said. I'm having Lain check my save but if you're getting it without the mod, it makes me wonder if there's a bug in the script of the game. I have no idea and no one has addressed a solution yet.

People paid money to contribute to the construction of a project. By donating money, they automatically will set the expectation of seeing the project being built up. This was not the case for almost two years, with very few posts to go along with it and the few he did made were filled with incoherent and changing plans, shady excuses, and it become obvious he didn't have any kind of motivation in continuing the project. First he wanted to make a big 0.7 update like he did before, then release the entire content in a 1.0, then abandon it, then make this bi-weekly update thing.
Despite all that, he continued to make his Patreon page open and never made statements in either is opening page or in public that he was taking a break or putting Milfy City on hiatus. He continued to bank tens of thousands of dollars EVERY MONTH for a project that was basically iced up.
This also caused his Patreons tiers contributors to not receive their rewards or have their rewards become meaningless (Such as the three day early access). If it wasn't for Patreon threatening to pull out the game from the site, it's very likely we wouldn't have any news for a long while still.
This set a very dangerous precedent; people can easily be lured into a pretty, but ultimately half-baked project where the only reason this game kept being funded is due to the lack of communication, where new people got interested in the game funded it not knowing that the previous issues. Milfy City received a monthly budget any indie game studio would only dream of having. And it was all wasted away.
It's unprofessional.
It's deceitful.
It severely damages the reputation of lewds game in general and can make support of new, truly great project harder.
I think I played it yesterday where I skipped it (can't remember 100%), and that might have changed something somewhere, but just odd after deleting everything even the appdata saves and starting a clean game, that it is gone.

Same here. Like I said, did that 4 times today. Nothing at all came up after Sara gave me the passes for the weekend. The next school day after the weekend she was passed out at her desk, then a little bit later on, grounded.
Mine went a bit different. I'm also using Lain's mod, the pool weekend event came up as it should just fine, but I ignored it. Played through, picked up the new mall event with Sara, and that one immediately took precedence, and became the only Sara weekend event available. I completed that and afterward, the pool event returned and is repeatable. /shrug

What the fuck is going on then? I did multiple reinstalls, multiple runs, did nothing different as I've always done with this game, and now all of a sudden the pool thing is borked. Makes no sense.

Nothing at all about Bob here. Not on Sara's route for sure I never saw anything. Plus I also went through Linda's full route too, and nothing new about him.
