About any bugs, I'm still playing the game from the beginning with new save and still I didn't find any issue, bugs or crashes. And it looks like it has been made very well with extended paths and scenes. The game looks more bigger and longer than before, more enjoyable.

Well, when I turned 18 I was expected to pay rent. Being a legal adult I was taught to act like one. Though as I was in college and then university the rent was much lower as tuition fees came first. But it wasn't, so much, about the money but the act. Shows your parents that you are mature enough to be responsible. Also makes it easier for when you do have to move out so it isn't all new territory.

I have a bug or something like that I guess. I'm pretty far into the game. Just had my first "experience" with Lily, returned home and Sara didn't want to talk. Afterwards I wanted to go to bed but whenever I hit "go to sleep" nothing happens. It's still in the middle of the night. What now?

Typically? No. Absolutely not. Some parents do it when their kids graduate high school as a way of teaching the be adults and preparing them for "The real world."
That's not the case here, though. It's just something to sell premise that the character that is definitely his mother is not actually his mother, but his "landlady." It's what people making incest games do so that platforms (patreon,Steam, etc.) that do not allow incest games will not block their content.
Typically there are "uncensor patches" that will change it back.
I had a similar issue with a Caroline scene, so you might be locked out because you've also triggered her night time visit. Only way to work around it that I could find was to reload and progress her story at the cosplay shop before talking to her in the afternoon over coffee.
