asking this again, i realize its almost certainly a "no" but figured i may as well ask.
I didn't download MilfyCity Mackintosh version because I'm not going to download 9GB to check the file structure, but basically you have the game inside of a "app" (Windows .exe) wrapper that allows the OS to know it's a program that it can run.
So if you open the zip with a file manager such as 7zip you'll see:
"WW.app"
open this and a "contents" folder will be seen, open "contents" folder
then open "resources" folder
followed by "autorun"
now you'll see the "game" folder and "renpy" folder.
The restoration mod content should go in this "game" folder
Now I don't know if Mackintosh will block the modified files or not, but in theory if you unzip the restoration mod to the "game" folder then it should work as that folder has the .rpy and .rpyc game files there.
