The way you put it, it sounds as if they complained every day. I could be wrong, but this topic was half dead. Technically yes, but several dlc are coming out in the future that gives endings to storylines.
That will take several years as the first dlc ending is in the works for nearly 2 years

No.

Somewhat yes. Some parts did get an ending. Wouldn't say a spectacular one. He just cut the loose ends but did so in a sloppy fashion. You can still very much run into sections where content is just missing and the game tells you to wait for update.

NOTE: This MOD already includes everything related to INCEST. It was developed specifically with incest in mind. You do not need any other mod or patch.

0.1: It fully restores the deleted 'Sidra and Isla' content (the friendly neighborhood lesbians), the intro, and a few minor things, such as the school on the map.
