The most important parts aren't cliche, outside Sara. Yeh, it's mom milf + two daughters (big sister, little sister) that BB and everything else does, but the progression and the character with mom and big sister is just utterly and completely different from the norm. Plus the overall feeling the game gives isn't the normal cliched shit.

And let's face it, like 75% of this shit produced is incest. It's not something that on its own will make you successful.

As far as I can tell there's nothing particularly unique about the setting, it's pretty much business as usual but with higher quality renders and animations than almost everyone else.
That's alright though, I wouldn't try to reinvent the wheel either. Giving people what they want is what got them their reputation and that sweet monthly paycheck.

To be fair, it's not the only thing.
Milfy City is pretty slick overall. Good UI, virtually no grind, tolerable writing, no dead ends, no pointless idling or overly complicated events to trigger.
The game provides a very pleasant experience. It's not inventive, but it doesn't have to be.

There's a very small scene where Linda lifts up Sara's panties for you, and a mini-scene with a new goth girl giving a blowjob to the headmaster (I quite like her, hope we see more of her), but other than that, it's 100% mom.

It seems that the incest patch doesn't work anymore on 0.5b?

Just download it again and reapply. Worked for me.

It works either ways copy paste from game folder in to new game folder (Milfy city xxxB /game ) or download and follow the install instructions

Oh I agree that it's a change from most of his previous titles, though he kind of mellowed out a bit before, probably because people told him how much they hated his MCs.
It's just not particularly inventive for an incest game. All the usual suspects are present, there are no huge upsets or plot twists so far, nothing that really took you by surprise. This discussion started out with how clichéed Milfy City is or isn't, not how much ICSTOR changed and improved over the years.

yes a good evolution after all guess that made him get some points back , also that hopefully he won´t rush the end !
they acted like the german comic "alter sack und kleines arschloch" ( old sack and little asshole) but agree this one is a good gaming expirece, also i don´t really bother about that the other caracteres were disabled and not int their rooms, (it would be a massive complaining from some players about dead ends other wise )

On another topic of discussion, I can say that I did NOT come for the incest. That is not what makes this one of my regular downloads, as I find it gross.
It is the quality renders, lack of grind, and decent animation. They are good enough that I ignore the crappy word swaps the dev was forced to use to meet Patreon guidelines. While I hate censorship on principle and feel for the developers victimized by it, I would never have glance or contribute to a game that had non-optional incest as a focus.
The quality of the art is what makes this game.

Well I disagree, because the pretty much ever-present thing of incest games is the mom (or big sister) progress - at first she's just close to you, you perv on her, she pervs on you a little bit and feels disgusted, she pulls back, eventually something happens and she comes to terms with it a little bit, then you push her, etc. etc. and it ends with her admitting her love for you and then pound town. Then the dev cuts the game because he's utterly bored with it.

Milfy city pretty much starts at the end, with Linda, and progresses from there. Caroline is also outside the cliche, a little, because she's not your usual tsundere big sister who you bring around through showing her who's boss.
