What is great? Story of Linda which we advanced to the next level. At last new characters appear in those events to make them risky. Tough, many could be avoided if there was any way to close those damn doors! Put something in Linda's mouth to keep her quiet and tada!! No need to worry about unexpected visitors.

I hope it's working just fine,i have shared it on my youtube channel since yesterday(roughly about 12-14 hourish ago) but no one seems to complained(i have an oldschool phone that can't play Milfy city on it,lol) so i can't confirm whether it's workin or not.
Hopefully Judy and Celia will be top priority for next update. ICSTOR has now presented 4 other girls besides Sara at school, so that's obviously TBD. Violet seems like a candidate for a future MC-Caroline-Violet threesome. If we just want to be completists, then there's the two girls at the nightclub, too, and maybe the sex shop clerk. The Aunt and her wife are likely to wind up getting impregnated, I suspect. Shuri and Zuri seem played out, but I suppose there could be a return visit. That's 17 total women/girls, including the MC's immediate family. It looks like the story is starting to pivot towards the family harem outcome. Linda and possibly Judy are likely to be the catalyst for helping make it happen.
I would like to see other characters/sex partners developed further before proceeding forward with any more progress with Linda/Sara/Caroline. It wouldn't kill the wincest fans to wait one extra update for major progress on that front, just to round out the game/storyline more fully.

Wow, this is just a masterpiece.. Everybody seriously need to pledge to this creator so we all can get faster updates. Would be worth the money..
New to this game and I don't want to add the incest patch. However, I am curious as to who is who if you apply the patch? It's obvious that Linda is supposed to be the mother (with some dialog in the new update slipping through), Sara and Caroline are your sisters and Bob is supposed to be the farther, but who else is MC related to?

Sara = Sister
Caroline = Sister
Bob = Dad
Liza = Aunt
Those are all the changes you get with the incest patch.

Use a utility like 7zip to extract Milfy_City-05b-pc7z.001
The software (7zip) will automaticly find & extract Milfy_City-05b-pc7z.002 (part 2) (if they are located in the same folder)
You should end up with a folder named Milfy_City-0.5b-pc
Run Milfy_City.exe

Quick review about the new update -
1) It what if promised, a very dedicated storyline for Linda which showed some genuine character development, including the internal conflicts. However her hatred and disinterest towards Bob is not so clear and perhaps, unjustified. Sure in the looks department, he's leagues away from Linda, that doesn't make him a bad person.
2) I'm guessing Bob questioning MC about his girlfriend and her description had to do with his suspicion levels. Would they play into the game going fwd?
3) MC asking Linda about pregnancy. This is edging on the borderline of fantasy/reality. The incest shown in the game itself is taking fantasy to dizzying heights but pregnancy is taking it to slightly darker turn, in my opinion. Hope this aspect doesn't come to play in future updates
4) MC asking Linda about dating Sara/Caroline. Both are his immediate sisters and while the relationships have previously been explored on a 1-1 level between MC and Sara/Caroline/Linda, does this question mean there would be further complications between these 4? Very tantalising & has a sense of real danger but it would depend on how deep in character development ICSTOR intend to go?
