I admire your role playing commitment here, but I don't think a lot of people with pregnancy fetishes are too concerned about what happens to their fake cyber babies. I'd totally agree with you if people were enacting these fantasies in real life with no concern about the future of their babies, especially if they were incestuously conceived. However, I feel like not having a plan for the baby post-pregnancy is not really a concern with the majority of people playing these games.
YMMV of course, and there are plenty of things I can ignore in a porn story: These characters never ever use condoms, for example, despite no-condom sex without regular testing being an incredibly bad idea. (Remember kids, you can catch diseases from doorknobs and toilet seats too, and you can get or spread diseases through your penis making contact with an anus, a mouth, or a hand just as easily as a vagina. Always keep it wrapped up unless you and your partner are being regularly tested!) But STDs just don't exist in porn universes and I don't really notice or care that nobody ever uses condoms or gets tested.

Now that bothers me. Being a hypochondriac myself, not using condoms really fucks with my head canon. I've learned to get used to it for the most part in games by just ignoring it, but yeah, that definitely bothered me for a while. That being said, incorporating the use of condoms and STDs in these games would probably ruin some of the fantasy of it. Trials in Tainted Space handles it and the post-pregnancy bits pretty well though.
