I assume you're referring to Celia as this is now V0.5c and that there's been "great strides made" within the story-line since then.
Celia has been lined up to be in V0.6, along with Caroline, and V0.6 will be released early next year, hopefully around Feb/Mar [dependent on when Icstor is back off his break and hopefully has it made/tested and released] so you should see Celia then.
