It's just called Patch.rpy the game folder contains cache, saves, tl, icon, images.rpa, movies.rpa, script_version, scripts.rpa, sfx.rpa, splash_screen, and splash_screen.rpyc, plus the Patch and Patch.rpyc

That sounds correct. The only thing that might matter is the capitalization - it should be "patch.rpy", not "Patch.rpy".

End of current content maybe, the game isn't finished still along way to go. The girls who currently have content are Linda, Sara, Caroline, Celia and Liza.

last update was xmas special and that's only 3 weeks back
time inbetween updates is 2-3 months

It's not on hold... Not only did we just get the Xmas Episode, but the "on hold" tag is only used when the developers themselves declare that they are currently not working on the game, but intend to resume development at a later point.

It's also used in situations when a dev has gone an extended period with no communication. It gets on hold tag for awhile in case an emergency or something came up, then switches to abandoned if still no communication.

As others have said we had X-mas update a few weeks ago and Icstor updated the 0.6 progress bar to 15% only a few days ago. Also 0.5 came out less than 2 months ago (Nov 17th). Don't be melodramatic.

Thanks for spoiling all the fun, ain't been a good lynching around here in ages. I totally missed the Xmas issue. I saw the bugfix update... and then read wait until April and I grabbed my pitchfork. I'll checkout the xmas issue now. (An XMAS BONUS link in the game thread might be a good Idea) ICSTOR saved from the hangman... for now, but i'll start gathering wood to light a fire under em.

0.6: Caroline and Celia
0.7: Sara and Judy
0.8: Linda and either Aunt or Neighbors

I'd make an assumption that Lily would branch off of Sara instead of being her own route. As for Macy, no idea. I'm also curious about the swimmer at the pool.

Does this mean there will be no more storyline with Sara and Linda or just the story will mainly focus on the rest but they will still get a development?

Based on past updates, we will see very little content for other girls, and no story advancement for them.
