With so much funding from the Patreon, why does it take super long between updates? Been 3 months since last update and 0.6 status is at 50%. Is this 2-update per year game? Surely it doesn't take millions of dollars to make this game?

As has been pointed out repeatedly, Icstor only began work on this update in January. He had unspecified issues in January all we know is that in his own words "it was one of the worst months of my life". Despite that he still managed to get 30% of the update done. It's on track for a release in March just as he said it would.

Also the last update was the x-mas special episode in December, then he took some time off for x-mas and new year coz you know, he's human.

And you gotta expect that now, I think that is the culture for these patreon or lewd game developers, all of them at some point encounter problems that will stop them from working on their game.
