To abide by Patreon's rules devs using the platform have to avoid incest content, this means characters intended to be family members become things like landlady or roommate. The patch merely changes the thinly veiled relationships back to being incestuous. It doesn't provide any additional content other than some changes to the text establishing more taboo relationships.

I think someone mentioned that the old patch still works. The aunt has been teased for quite some time and made an appearance in the MC's kitchen before her content dropped so an older patch should cover all current incestuous relationships.

Yup. It also make more sense than 2 roommates being worried that people won't approve of their relationship. The mask hiding incest content is usually quite flimsy and really just there to dodge the wrath of Patreon. The games tend to make more sense with these patches applied because the incestuous relationships are usually the intended relationships.
Old Incest patch will work...
The only time you need a new Incest Patch is when a new blood relation is introduced to the game...

This is probably my favorite game in this genre. Not too much grinding and the relationships develop organically.

Check the "Change-Log" in the OP. From the look of it c was a quality of life update (usability).
They also changed a few Caroline lines, because people don't fully understand the storytelling (don't blame them, the way it was told was pretty bad) and got pretty mad.

Think c version is him changing Caroline's dialouge when getting mc off.
Too many peope
She still tells mc about it, but now only one ex and she wraps dialogue pretty quckly, totally not enjoying to talk about it.
Does someone know why Caroline is talking about roommates and not brother and so on? Did they turn off the incest part or sth? Or is it just this way?
