I'm having the same problem. Temporary (hopefully) solution is to install the latest Renpy SDK from their site, load the game as a project, and launch the game from Renpy SDK. It worked for me.

i do not know if this is said before, but if you change the patch2.rpy to patch.rpy in the game folder then you will activate insest.

I just downloaded from Mega 5 minutes ago 9.12Gb and had no problems...
