The patch is not finished. It's not really worked on either. Its dev worked on it extensively at the end of 2023 when MC's [COMPLETED] version came out but after a few months the pace of work dropped down to zero. For over a year this dev periodically chimes in here to say the patch will be completed, that it would only take them about one more week of work, etc. etc.
It's extremely common with adult games and mods to reach a state of limbo where the dev shows signs of life but they produce no meaningful work for years (or ever again). It happens even when they regularly get fed money by paypigs, let alone when they do the work for free. In this case the work is 100% for free so you'd be very wise not to invest any hope and wait for this patch to be completed. It's more likely we'll get something that gets called [COMPLETED] but it's actually just an unfinished mess that will only disappoint, like the "completed" Milfy City is.

So, how much content is there for Lily? I just came (lol) to the 'cheat on Sara' part and of course I stayed the course for Sara, but I have also played through the BJ option with Lily and then I see her path get added to the phone, just not sure if that's worth exploring or how long it would take to run through it.
Second question for today - does anyone have a list of actions to take to get each gallery bit?
I like to at least try to get them myself before using an unlocker.
For instance, what is the final one in the list? I thought maybe it was one of the options in the final Sara sex scene (before her path is finished), but I tried a few of them and that last one is still locked. I have so many saves that I think I can go back to get every one unlocked the right way, I just don't know where to go.

Just keep playing all the routes.
Do you mean the pictures or to replay scenes?
For the pictures there is a guide to all the locations (don't have the link in hand but its in the thread)
For replaying scenes keep doing the routes and to see them go to your pc and click gallery
They do it for free - its passion, you cant force him to create it but you can force yourself to create it if you so feel inclined. I find it funny when people get upset about some creators wanting to profit from their work. Agendas and philosophy's are different.

What do you mean? There's a literal call card on top of Lily's classroom door. Also, there are a bunch of hidden cards throughout the games maps that you can click on to unlock pictures in the secret gallery. A guide is up on the first page for their locations, and you can access them by clicking on the peace sign behind your computer.
Does anyone know if choices matter at all? The walkthrough's I've seen are outdated and I'm at the point where I am asked to cheat on Sara with Lily. I've made various saves just in case they do matter and lock you out of content but just wondering.
so, I'm almost done but I'm confused by this (below) where are the scenes? can't enter her home and I don't see anything from the MC bedroom :-
You have to enter her home in the evening to unlock the window in her room to sneak in at night to acces those

The game isn't complete, just abandoned.
Three DLCs are pending that truly complete the game.
The first was well into development but between February and March 2024, problems arose that were never clarified.
Since the last communication in September 2024, ICSTOR has disappeared, and no one on the team has given any explanation despite remaining active on the forum with other projects.
Because its technically completed hence the Final edition on steam , all the other things that were promised are just add-ons that 'give extra endings'.
We all know its far from complete .
It's kind of like a kid saying "all done" and not finishing their plate. The game wraps up all of the sudden without delivering on promised content like the neighbors, pregnancy, the swim team girl, etc...
Man I know everyone has their reasons to be mad at this game, but that swim team girl is mine. Just when things were getting good, the dev decides "lol anyways she moved the end."
