Can someone please tell me how the story concludes and if there are any additional scenes between the mom and son that aren't in the replay gallery because I got near the end years ago and lost my saves I dont want to play it all again to find out.

This has probably been asked before but I couldn't find the answer. What is the best choice here or is there a best choice? I don't want to block off content with other characters if possible. Perhaps this isn't a major choice in the game and it doesn't close off paths, I just don't know...

How is the Therapist route? I liked her and was curious how things would play and would be sad to find out is a disappointment

ICSTOR has disappeared from the face of the Earth. Their Subscribestar is gone and Patreon's last update is almost a year ago and the subreddit of Milfy City has been nuked. Maybe they're still present on their Discord but I'm not going there.

Nope, that's it. There might have been an expansion or a proper ending in the promised DLC, but the odds of that ever coming out are basically nil at this point.

Welp completed the game and this game was Sad and Stupid and the main cast was amazing overall it was a great game the only thing this game lacked was MILFs seeing how the name of the game is MILF city still a good game

ALSO A WARNING TO ALL THE PEOPLE WHO WILL PLAY STAY AWAY FROM THE GIRL IN SWIMMING POOL (It's trap i should have read the warnings in the older comments) I don't if there will be update or for her story and others, but that one ending is going to stay with me and it sucks i hate it

Do you happen to have saves that are half-way? basically I am looking for a save that was about where v0.7 ends (the game paused for like 1-2 years after that?), I want to play the part that I haven't played yet (you know, it is more immersive ). I think v0.7e ended at these relationship status below

A common misconception really that this is a finished plotline that simply got hidden. No.

There isn't a fix for that. The content ends there. That line was never finished nor going to be ever. It was dropped entirely. The restoration patch only restored the initial stages that could be found in earlier versions of the game but there is nothing after that point as it was never developed.
