I wrote this draft after finally completing Octavia's LOVE route yesterday.

Wow. Wholesomeness overdose.
(What's with the clerk lady though? Is she there, like, for comedic relief?)

Sorry, man. But you know, I think the old saying fits like never before: don't hate the players, hate the game. The one game ending, to be precise.

Yeah, think so too. IIRC there can be even more ridiculous situation were you could do nothing sexual with Claudia and yet get her ending. I'm not 100% sure, would need to recheck, but I think I got this result once and it was hilarious. There are quite a lot of loose ends left unanswered - like what's the "Guild", what happened with Marcello (although at Discord devs said he just run away), what's going on with Chang's racket, would Tombs become Karen's and Leon's bull and so on. And not a single scene with Evelyn, ugh!

Yeah, think so too. IIRC there can be even more ridiculous situation were you could do nothing sexual with Claudia and yet get her ending. I'm not 100% sure, would need to recheck, but I think I got this result once and it was hilarious. Haha she's supposed to be a good friend of Octavia at her new place and cares a lot about Octavia, a little nosey as a consequence. But yeah she's there for minor comedic relief.

And yeah now that you mention it I think I saw a Pursue Claudia in almost every route I went(?).

Yeah, I just checked - loaded one of my Octavia route saves (so nothing with Claudia) at Day 18, kissed Octavia instead of asking her out, got locked on taking Claudia to Mossland (happened automatically with no choice), refused to kiss her, refused to have sex with Karen, refused to go to Katelyn's party - and landed on Claudia's ending and made myself a little brother. MFW



However it could've been fixed very easily - just allow the player to choose Octavia ending even if he kissed her in her office instead of going to Mossland with her.

BTW it got me thinking about endings in general, and I realized that while the good endings do exclude each other, the bad endings do not. The "Mask" threesome is sort of a bonus "hidden" ending yet neither this scene, not individual Claudia and Octavia corruption endings do not conflict, come to think of it. Even though Monroe promises them both that it would be their final gig at the "Mask", MC's thoughts at the end of the scene show that he probably just won't let them go. So Claudia's bad ending could happen few days after that, and Octavia's - few weeks or months later. But, from the story point, all of them still could belong to a single route.

Wow, glad to see several of you used those files to create your own version of Octavia's ending! I'm glad we could fix such a disappointing end. For any who have played Acting Lessons; that's possibly the worse endings ever, but it's a part of the main story, so it can't be changed.

The ending seems really rushed. I got the one where they were screwing on the beach in public. That suppose to be the good ending I'm guessing... ?

Hmm... This is going to sound weird but I am going to earn a lot of money soon. And I think I want to remake this game in Daz 3D. I have a few people on board with being paid and what not so I just need the okay from the developers and I'll be sure to give credit where it's due. I think this is good marketing for the new game Neon Touch for the Studio. If you guys want updates and stuff. I'll leave a discord server or if you guys want me to not do this or something let me know.

Anyway, the main reason I noticed Milky Touch from other games was its artstyle. It was so good that I thought "yeah it's probably one of these mobile games, with sex scenes locked behind either real money or hundreds hours of grinding". Imagine my surprise - my very pleasant surprise - when it turned out to be a regular visual novel, not a grind toil. The artstyle is the primary (but not the only) feature that sets it apart from the competitors, the absolute majority of which belong to the "cloned DAZ3D botox dolls" type, characterized female characters all looking like Bogdanoff sisters - with giant lips, giant cheekbones, giant slanted eyes, microscopic snub noses, giant tits, giant asses etc. Studio Kuma's characters always had more refined, more elegant looks - they don't look like a washed-up pornstar after her 10th surgery, they look like proper ladies. I think you understand that your sample of the 3D artstyle doesn't really do justice to the originals. I do apologize if I sound unnecessary harsh, but these are my frank thoughts.
I might have a solution, though. Honey Select. It has an excellent character editor which is capable of producing what I would call "refined ladies":



I'm not sure if it would be easier to make static poses there or in Blender, and I'm pretty sure it would be an issue to find HS backgrounds corresponding to the Milky Touch backgrounds, but I still would propose to you guys to at least consider Honey Select as your "engine", before you start the development.
Milky Touch doesn't deserve to be reborn as a generic run-of-the-mill 3D mediocrity.

All I said is that you guys should try to use Honey Select for your visuals. Quite a lot of the games do, here are some examples. Moreover it probably would require less time and effort than making everything from scratch in Blender, and it would certainly not require hiring a dedicated artist.

I think the remake team (if they ever work on it) should make their creative decisions on this game. Give credit where due to original creators. The original creators rushed through the game ending it in a odd manner (was probably running out of funds). Daz 3d studio is capable of making great renders. It's the designers who can make or break a game by rendering generic images. I hope the team uses the latest render engine genesis 9, and that depends solely on team's time & resources.

Just discovered an odd thing: there's a plane kitchen background in the game files, but I don'l recall seeing it in the game.



Probably it was meant to be used in Claudia's romance ending.

There is already NTR in the game, just that it's netori and not netorare, but that shouldn't matter regardless for NTR people right?

Most people who enjoy NTRs imagine themselves as the guy doing the cuckold (save for the few with the cuckold fetish), so you should be able to do the same for Netoris.
