Issue with the game is that no matter what values i put the code leads straight to submissiveness for the mc. I checked the code so there is no way to workaround this shit...

You can still bang your sister, even if the other girls are there. The requirements are that the blonde can't be allowed to participate, and you either need high perversion and domination, or have access to your mind control which will still require high domination at the police station, just not as much.
