Do you use Norton or Avast? It's a rather commonly appearing false positive especially with these two softwares.

yes norton. i have tried to restore the files several time and reinstall it as well disable firewall and auto protect but to no avail.
and other stuff google has told me about. ill try aagin later.

It looks to me like gym_teach_pe_intro_1 is never added as an event to gym_teach_pe_intro_storage (only gym_teach_pe_intro_2 is added), is this intended?

Ah that's probably an error on my part. I deactivated intro_1 and replaced it with intro_2. I probably forgot to switch that in the quest list. You can just ignore that event not being listed as seen in the quest page. It's only a visual bug and has no other impact on the game. I'll include a fix in the next version.

Ahh, I figured. Just thought I'd ask because it was the only thing I couldn't finish besides "Aona still makes fun of Miwa" which requires level 3.

Yup, in the main menu, you can activate the "Cheat Mod" in the Mod Manager. After a restart, you get a cheat menu in the journal.

The yoga event chain can only be started while in level 2 or 3. Only the regular yoga class event after that chain has been finished is available for all other levels.
