The script RPY does not appear to be fixing the yoga clothes issue. though comparing saves it does appear the save optimization portion appears to be working.
I installed the RPY and check to see if the images were missing and: the images remain missing on both saves where I selected both outfit 2 and 3. I rolled back to save that let me choose the outfits to see if they remain bugged. they were. I rolled back to the beginning of the quest and played through. still bugged. rolled back to before I acquired the quest and played through. all still bugged.
downloaded the entirely new repack you put out. both of the saves with completed outfits work. rolled back to the choices screen and noticed the choices are now named instead of numbered. that doesn't exist in the stand alone RPY which still has them numbered after applying it. so the RPY isn't overwriting something like it should it seems. don't know if you want to fix the RPY or just recommend everyone download the repack as that one seems to work correctly. thank you for optimizing saves though.

I would guess, some values were still cached from your save game from before the fix creating that issue now. The scripts.rpa contains the entire game logic, so it definitely contains the fix, since i extracted the file from the full download of the new Version.
I just checked it out again on my end, and it works as intended. So I'm pretty sure, it's just a few values still being wrong from the save game.
The mix up of the outfits is just a matter of switching the numbers around. That's why I changed the choice labels to text, otherwise it would now say outfit 1, 3 and then 2, which would be a bit confusing.
The error with the missing images was not due to the outfits being wrong, but rather because I used a wrong keyword for the current level that is needed for fetching the correct images. So the number couldn't be parsed and that's why the images couldn't be found.
But thank you for your involvement and detailed information about the bugs you've found. It's really appreciated

The quest system in this game is awful. You barely know where to go or what to do. You will actually do a quest (Aona's Bra) and it won't register it done. You'll meet the requirements for a quest (theoretical sex education) and it won't progress anyway and because everything is so nebulous you don't actually know what's an error and what's working as intended. It's just a supremely frustrating game to play.
Do you mean the download the game does?
It doesn't fully download any files, it just downloads some text from some files online. For one the news texts that can be found at the top left in the main menu, and then the patreon subscriber list which can be found in the journal in-game. These files online are also in the game as offline files, just in case the game can't download the content. One of those can be found in the game folder and is called "message.txt". The other one is embedded into the data.rpa file.

Yeah the Quest System is a pain in my ass. I'm doing a full rework of the quest system with the next major update. So that issue should then be fine
The stats are supposed to be a bit slow in the beginning, especially the corruption stat. The focus is more on the inhibition at the beginning, and corruption comes in once the girls got a bit more comfortable with their bodies
The progression of the stats will also see more stuff happening the more the game progresses.
As said in the changelog, the quest system is quite broken yes. For that reason I will do a full rework of that system with the next big update. I was planning to make the rework for this update, but it took longer than expected and I didn't want to delay the release any further.
But one thing is, the quest system is just a display of the current game progression and has no influence on the progress whatsoever. No matter what the quest page displays, the will events still work as intended.

Then why am I unable to move forward with sex ed despite having capped inhibition and corruption? Hopefully it's not because the Aona's Bra quest unchecked itself, despite me having completed it.
Quests and especially events can't uncheck themselves. There is not even a mechanic built in for that. The event system works independently, and just sends some event pings to the quest system so it can update it's display.
Maybe you still have to trigger some events. The highlighting on the main map should notify you of the events needed for the sex ed chain. After some events in the office, there should then be a discussion during pta and then after that you should be able to queue the vote for sex ed which will then be voted on the week after.
Did you see those events or are you stuck with the voting?
