Well, it's a great fraudulent scheme: collect money from players by putting up an 18+ rating, make a profit on sales, and then just apologise and say "we got the rating figure wrong".

Now they are offering a 'full refund', but for that you need to go to their sketchy website, put your steam login/password, give lots of personal information about the payment (including your name, address, etc). The SCAM is now executing the final step.

A 2 dollar game right now its just over 1 dollar. Refunding that its not worth it to get you info taken. But i dont see why they would take *Peoples data and info.*

There are articles on the internet detailing exactly how (and by whom) our personal data, which we recklessly hand over to all sorts of online shops, social networks and other companies, is used. Google it if you're interested. Plus it's worth bearing in mind that if the developer is Chinese, in theory your personal data could well end up in the hands of their intelligence services. However, the same is true for the US and many other countries around the world.

I personally made a review on Steam for the game saying that it's good, but because it's missing the Hentai Content from the first game, it's not for me or other fellow gentlemen.

Then some nice guy, who I'd assume is Chinese, responded to my review giving me information that the Hentai Content is being worked on, but because of both Steam rules and China's rules, the dev team can't communicate about the Hentai Content whatsoever.

I don't know jack-shit about China/Steam's rules when it comes to that, and the guy obviously isn't from the dev team, so I'm not sure if I should believe him, but it's better than nothing. But for now, it's best to assume that the Hentai Content will arrive by the time the game releases. So for now, get comfy with the girls and see who's your favorite pick, and wait. Maybe check out the new updates when they come.

EDIT: Forgot to mention, he linked to me this chinese website that has an untextured version of Leah's body as proof. Obviously, you guys have the textured versions, so this is certainly behind.

It is called Mirror 2.... there should be seggs...

Do they not want all the effort they have put into the game to actually pay off? Like it is well made, and looks like they really put in some $$ compared to the first one... but... who gonna buy if it the first one is superior... simply cause it has seggs.

They should have just called it something else if they going in a no sexual content direction.
The story was legit interesting... and you had date elements... but no proper sex content

So much potential... wasted. O well... back to VNs I guess.

edit: and no surprise it has failed.... and not just that caused bankruptcy. (although the fact that some people actually went after them is disgusting).

This didn't age well. They changed the name of the game to try and avoid backlash. It's now Novastella. It doesn't even have the Mirror branding anymore. No more porn from these guys.

It shouldn't come as a surprise, since the previous game title is just a project name. Novastella is a good name for a game title, I like it. What I am surprised is that name has never been used for a game before. There is a company name call Novostella.

If the game even come remotely close to the quality type of those genre, it might actually be successful. Hopefully it gets popular enough that we can mod in the adult content, as the visual looks great.

Mirror 2: Project Z is now Novastella Island and on SteamDB you can see the Changes.
It's not Mirror anymore, but it looks good and I hope that updates with Combat will also come.
I know, just another GI or BToW clone, but who cares as long as it's good.
