Your antivirus is probably quarantining one of the games files, it's what happened to the copy I bought off Steam. Had to make a exception/exclusion to stop it from happening.

Updates past 3.10 were mostly just for ost and cosplay dlc. Except for Enchanting Reflections, but that only added a few extra images to the gallery for each girl. Right now though that 3.3 torrent seems to be working fine.
