Simply install the japanese language on your windows, you don't have turn it on but just have it installed.

Do the guys standing around with "Gallery" above their heads serve any purpose? Also, I've seen a clip of the game with larger animations and one where she's on a train sleeping, did I just miss that somehow or what?
