Simply install the japanese language on your windows, you don't have turn it on but just have it installed.

I'm pretty sure that's a different game from the same dev. You can check DLSite.

OP or another mod needs to either update the links so they all work, or remove the other links as only the Mega is still functional. I just made an informative comment for people who happen to click through a couple of different links and think the game might be dead, removed, or expired.
