Damn, I ran through the game without noticing the patch, fallen in love with it and the next game is even more promising... I feel like a fool to have missed it x)
No there's not, at least not that I know ( or if there is one it wasn't posted here).

Aside from that for conversation you mean the different answer you give to the girls? The result don't change the dialogues that much, they pretty much remain the same.
Instead if you missed certin things maybe you didn't follow the quest log ( though I admit it's not that clear in certain parts), but it helps you finishing everything in the game.
It is possible you forgot to talk to the girl at evening? To gain affection you need to call them from the living room in the evening to "have a chat" in front of the fire place at the end of the day ( you can select them by clicking on the armchair near the window).
I think all the music were written specifically for this game, so you can't find them online.
When you leave your base, go right at the T intersection (where the mushrooms are) instead of left.
