but i am in the lake and i can not have the fishing bar
When you throw your rod, you will see some dots (...). Wait till they turn into exclamation marks (!!!). Click the exclamation marks, then the bar should appear where you have to click again at the right moment.

is the Mist-1.0.3-new-release.apk has virus ?
What makes you think that?
If you have suspicions, you should report them to the staff using the Report button on OP. In your message, please specify why you think this file contains a virus (antivirus logs or a link to virustotal), and specify which link you downloaded.

Sorry, I've never run Renpy games on Android and I don't know if this is normal for them. Try to inform the staff or in this thread, there are more experts on this topic.

Do you have this when starting the game or when trying to load save/start over? Have you installed any mods?
It looks like the game is broken - try downloading the archive and unzip it again.
Also, if you ran once a long time ago Mist since then the script has changed a lot and the save or persistent file is not suitable or broken. You could try deleting them.
Code:
C:\Users\<%USERNAME%>\AppData\Roaming\RenPy\ProjectMist-1572520246\
I hope this helps in some way.

Okay, thank you. I will try it. I have installed relationship patches and cheat mods.
I'm not sure if it's related to this....

I downloaded the complete game again and deleted all the saved files. Even when starting the game without installing any mods, I still encountered the same bug.

Sorry, mate, I don't know how to help. I tried running it in different combinations with and without mods/patches, and everything works. Tell me which link you downloaded, and I'll try downloading it tomorrow. Maybe the archive is corrupted.
