Are you able to select the map, or clock in your room? You may find that entering, then exiting one of those menus brings back your options?
If Mia is there, I think initiating the conversation options with her, then choosing "Leave" should also achieve the same.

whichone already mentioned a few things. You could also try rewatching a scene from the gallery and simply rolling back as far as possible.

Is Lily the MC's best friend? There were one or two sentences in the dialogue that didn't explicitly mention it. It's easy to forget if I'm not being constantly reminded of it.

I was kind of annoyed at these myself. She ties the MC to a chair naked and I'm thinking there's going to be some kinky ero-torture stuff but nope, it's just hammer directly to the forehead. Seems like a missed opportunity.

So i started this game to get some quality porn, but right now im waiting for updates just to get some more story. 0.6 was great somce the cliffhanger of 0.5 was pretty hard core. But im hoping the sister gets some love too. She seems like she could use some understanding

That does also cut out creampies as a fetish distinct from impregnation though. I'd say it would be better to link it to some kind of (magical, natch) contraceptive. A simple binary switch the player has access to from some point forward in the game, and after that if he creampies one of the girls they have a chance of becoming pregnant.

And as someone with a impreg fetish I'd also love to have a little cut-in to the fertilization. Not necessary but I wanted to throw that out there.

Just thinking on this subject and another possibility would be putting it in the girls corner. Robin being the botanist of sorts could have discovered a working contraceptive that she is sharing with the other girls without MC's knowledge. That would allow them to "baby up" whenever they want to. Also MC is the only male human we have seen in the game, we don't know how far the Mist has gone and how many people have been affected. If MC turns out to be the last man standing then we could have us a "pregothon".

With regards "how long", it's been discussed and answered in the thread already. You could very easily use the search function to find your answer, but I'll save you the effort: The update was released to Patreon on 21st Nov. It usually follows here roughly 1 week after. 0.5 was released here quicker, but 1 week after Patreon release is your general expectation.

The change was made because I noticed that the game was sometimes not allowing you to use a heavy attack if you had exactly the amount left to reach 0 stamina. I am not yet sure why it happens, but I have a hunch.

Huh. My first guess any time something like this happens is rounding error with floats/doubles. Something gets rounded up or down and now your result isn't "0 stamina" but "-1x10^-16 stamina".

But no idea if that's something that can happen in Ren'Py.

That scene was disturbing at first. I am running the incest patch so Lily is the MC's sister. After some thought it occurred to me that the scene was and is needed for the story. It shows just how powerful the Mist's power's are. Being able to make someone's sibling bust them straight in the forehead with a ball peen hammer and then follow it up with more blank eyed bludgeoning is pretty impressive. Still a long way to go and I love it.

You never had that choice in MIST. It was always either best friend or sister.
