The file from the game differs only in terms of resources (icon), all other sections are the same. So, from an execution point of view, the files are identical.
Only junk antivirus triggered alerts in the VirusTotal reports, and considering that the SDK contains the same file, can safely say that this is a false positive.

I need insight. I like the story and the setting, but I hate the MC. Will he grow some balls at some point and stop being a passive loser, or will he be under the thumb of the girls till the end? It ruins my enjoyment, but I can bear with it if there's potential for growth.

I've no clue what you might be referring to, you haven't mentioned any specific scene. I don't remember him being a "passive loser", a matter of very different perspective ig.

Well, I don't know if you were just extremely unlucky. But I designed it in a way that you could easily get through the entire update only gathering food 2-4 times. And you can progress the story without food like 90% of the time.

I find it funny you just don't care that anyone can pirate your 10£ game

I played without the sister's patch and found the dialogue with Lily a little strange. Although it's optional, I think playing with the patch is better and makes a little more sense.

and having to rebuild all over again kinda loses its charm. Feels like after the climactic battle instead of moving on to the finale we return to the middle of the story.

I started for the Fap, but I stayed because of the story. I felt like I played a little less towards the end, but it was still good.

Don't know man try to make other choices / or use the heavy attack, you don't lose if your stamina reaches zero, only if your health,
Mine in the end of the game was i think Level 16
