ALL NTR is avoidable
and yes you can even marry a girl and have babies with her
other girls will have same ending too every girl at the end of her storyline will live with MC and players will be able to marry or even make babies with them

you need to do complete anna move in quest
once she starts living with MC
have vaginal sex and get her pregnent (25%) chance

after she is pregnent do 1 fight in arena her sprite will change
do 2-3 more fights in arena she will give birth after that you can start milking her
