how do you advance the stories of Nisha/Rose/Aniya/Anna to where you can invite them to stay with you? I've completed the main 'quest' but I can't do anything else now

i completed NIsha/Aniya/Anna stories and now they are live with me, but i can't complete Rose story

adding special lines for preg situation is not in current plans yet but we can do that later on
right now we are working on few things as soon as they are bug free we will implement them

3. rare pregnancy [ rare birth with rare named baby with special bonuses ]
3. more interactions in hareem menu
