This is a netori-heavy game, and as you can see from the future Tags in the Genre section and the absence of the gay tag, the dev has no interest in male-male pairings or the MC sharing with other men at all. The MC has a dad and brother in this game so that he can cuck them, just like most of the other men in the game. They're also both pretty unlikable.

No way, on Android you have to use the pre-patched version. You can find it on the developer discord.
This is why he insists on using Subscribestar. Patreon is only for those who can't use SS, there will be few of them and even if they get banned, it's no big loss.
