So this might be a strange thing, but I've used the tits mod before, and it changed the translation that the game had when I played it without. I know it's a dumb gripe to have, but I prefer the base translation. Is there a way to keep the mod without the altered translation?
Other than that and the Rabbit/Sheep thing I don't have any issues. I generally prefer to play Vanilla with a few QoL mods, so the biggest issue was Vanilla compatability. I feel like part of the charm of the smaller races is just that; they're small, but that can deal with it if it's too much trouble to fix. (Which seems to be the case) and if I had it my way, it would be a toggle for whether it would be at all present or not.
I know I'm mostly complaining and I'm definitely the minority here, but please don't take my whining too much to heart. Your mod is great and I love it already, so improving it the way that you are is plenty.
If memory serves me right, I only added several lines to base game translation for Tits mod to register Extra Tits size. ModPack actually comes with a different translation package, so I have no idea which one you're using.

As for small rabbit and sheep, I'd say it's the unfortunate side-effect in code's design: by default you can't have both "Figures" at the same time.
Complex Breeding have a bypass for that, so it can use small version for Base race and then you mix them with Werewolf and they have alternate "feral" Big versions.
Toggle for non-BepInEx mod is not possible, sorry. Only a separate Assembly-Csharp.dll file included with Tits V3, for example, but that's just an option.
