And i wanted to Say that you're doing a really good job at taking this game to new heights, also because this Is one of my favorite games and i'm really Happy to see that the community Is doing so much to try and improve It, and i Hope to you and every modder goodluck.
I havent seen another active modder besides him tbh

Sorry but i have a problem, in the modded game i unlocked the girl that let me give upgrade to the rooms but for some reason i can't upgrade the Monster cages and the breeding cages, but Just the slave cages and it gives just 1 thing which is "classroom". Does Someone know how to fix It?

I don't throw much about complex breeding, but from what I recall, that's intended. Pretty much all of Barbara's upgrades are different from the base game and mostly revolve around the new mechanics of the mod. Classrooms sound like profession sharing but I wouldn't know for certain.

Yes, that's an intended mechanic. There are some professions in CB, which you can transfer to offsprings/created by Niel. Profession transfer chance occurs at the Day/Night change moment. That's also when you receive profession bonuses as well.
You only need to place girl with profession in a cage with girls without profession and then hope RNG works in your favor (it can be save scummed tool, just saying).
Artificers and Witches are useful for creating more pixies and making a special "Golem" race which comes with a high number of pregnancies available.
Take a note that some professions have Essence requirements, which you have to take into account.

I've never been able to figure out CB very well. Anyone have any basic tips? I might give it another try.
I'd say that to fully grasp CB's mechanics without brainstorming its FAQs you kinda need to increase your day time limit/disable it until you'll see how it works. Trust me on that, I only started to play CB myself several months ago.
Basically, your main income is milking, you'll continue to receive money as long as slave is being milked. So your goal is to breed slaves to have offsprings with bigger tits sizes. Tits size for offsprings in CB can be lowered/stay the same/increased. Womb size increase chance also exists in CB for following birth numbers (my observations) : 4 (2 kids) - 7 (3) - 10 (4) - 13 (5 kids). There's still lots of RNG. Much more than in base game, which makes save-scumming a viable strategy.
Then there's Essences, which you should understand what they do and see if they do benefit or harm. Again, from my observations essence tier list would be:
1. Sacred. Try to max it out.
2. Feral. PS: can be 1st one, since it allows to have female kids from Werewolfs which can also have much faster sex time if you max out their Sacred essence.
3. Magical
4. Elemental - good for improving milking rate, but it increase Growth time by a lot. So it's further down in the list.
5. Eternal (up to 2, before negatives kicks in)
6. Demonic - 1 or 2, before negatives kicks in. But that's needed for breeding with Goblins and Orcs... so, just keep it low.

Another tip is when you choose your NPC, if you play CB - you might want to pick up Barbara first. Because she transforms the way tentacle rooms work. There's a new mechanic which can increase/decrease tits-womb size. It also have a sub-mechanic which takes away Essences or Tits/Womb size as a payment to increase tits-womb size.

It's just some part with it, but main conclusion is would be - default time day time limit is just too short for CB. User flannan also wrote his .

How you make the golem race? I didnt know that was in the game

There's a low 2% chance that you'll receive one if you have a slave with "Artificer" profession. If you have more slaves with that profession then you'll have higher chance. RNGs happens at the moment of day/night change.

This mod is getting very big with internal changes to how art works in the game. Almost too big to handle it seems, but it's getting somewhere at least.

I'll try to write some of it down (not all, since there's too much to note) :

Internal:
- Skeleton mesh complexity lowered significantly -> Reduced CPU usage in-game.
- "Outline" textures disabled completely and these are not stored in memory anymore -> Less RAM usage (~1GB less).
- Changed internal texture format to BC7 for art work.
- Using pre-release quality assets (from version 0.7).
- Data/Asset clean-up.

- Aim for overall performance increase as a result.

Visuals:

- Pregnancy bellies depending on "Fetus Count" value for all slaves, including Unique Ones, but not NPCs (possible, but not worth it since there's no place for fetuses in the player's room to store them).
- Additional random cumflation effect (similar to v2a, but not as annoying for visuals).
- Tattoos indicating pregnancy and visually differentiating 1-3, 4 and 5 fetuses (Color changing intensity).
- Hair customization: front hair mirrored sprites (x2 variation), hair bundle can be applied to any back hair type (independent selection).
- Preparing expanded customization options for various monsters. Goblin and Orcs might receive cut features from pre-release version (nose types, ear types, several body hair options).

Gameplay:
- Day limit, 300 -> 900 seconds
- Total Pay Days, 50 -> 100 days
- Time Skip options: 0.1, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 10, 20, 40x
- Complex Breeding is a default gameplay mod for V3.
- Some changes to CB mod as well, can't say which for now since it's changing from time to time.

I feel I gotta ask just in case/why not, but will this be togglable or otherwise something that can be turned off? Simple/easy the basic game may be, but I still kinda prefer it over the way Complex Breeding does it.

By pressing F5 and going into Mod Manager menu, that's where you'll be able to turn it off. I'll keep some other mods from Mod Pack, but I can only guarantee CB to work as intended. CB version which will be included in Tits V3 is an edited one, so keep that in mind and don't overwrite it with version which comes with Mod Pack.
Rest of mods are technically supported, but not recommended by me.

No issues here. Although name stable filesharing service which works for you and I'll upload it there.

What abou adding more hair colors to slaves? Like black and white hair colors, i mean there are alot of colors but not the "normal" ones, just an idea
Technically there's a reason why there's no "flat" (flat white/black, etc) colors in MBM. Controlled by a global script for gamma values. Hair colors can be customized via using Cosmetic Potion, but as for expanding on default hair colors I'll look into it but can't guarantee that it'll be implemented.
