IIRC the icon next to their healthbar will change compared to a healthy slave. I think they also constantly lose HP.

I'm really not seeing a difference and I know there is one. Because it zoomed in on a character but she looks exactly like everyone else. I don't know if I have a bug or there is a detail I'm really missing.
Btw when I say zoom in I mean it said a slave had it and introduced them.

I just downloaded the game from here do I have to disable it? Also do I need to have a slave get stds to make the cure or is there another way?
Unless the game came with the mod here I didn't download any mods.

No, modpack is not included in the main download.
You can buy cures from end of the week rewards, and you can cure STDs with the right room upgrade. And some slaves (like special sheepgirl slave's descendants) can cure STDs automatically with their special ability.
But to make the alchemist happy, you need to get a few slaves sick and dismantle them for disease DNA, so she can brew cures from it. You will probably need to turn off purification gate for a minute to get enough diseased slaves.
I checked. A diseased slave should have a "!" sign in her womb view.

OK thank you, also I figured out there is a text box that says when your slaves get stds. I didn't know about that earlier and missed it. So now there is a slave with a std and I have no idea who it is. I guess I'll just have to start all over again and keep a close eye out for that.

Just click on the words about STDs in the text box, and the screen will move to the afflicted slave.
I think STD DNA drops every time, at least with maximum upgrades for dismantling.
I was wondering because I didn't get it to drop from the 5 confirmed slaves that had it.
OK I played through the whole game again and I know what is happening. Something is instantly curing the stds before I can dismantle. I have no idea what it is does anyone have a clue?

This seriously sounds like "Cure STD" mod.
Try pressing F5, and see if any menu pops up.

how do I continue to maintain the store after day 51 because it tells me to enter the estate name and then I enter it and nothing happens and I can't do anything
This seems to be a bug. You should enter the establishment name on day 1, and it shouldn't require you to enter it ever again. It would require your name when you buy a private estate, though.

I wonder whether they'll have to censor or change bits of it. Does steam have rules about the type of content porn games are allowed to have?
Things that come to mind that could cause problems would be the lolis and the horse scenes.
Rape maybe but less so given some of what's on the store already.
Incest they've previously published games so probably fine as well.

Mad Island is on Steam. Including rape by giant spider and incestous breeding.
Its DLC content (which is mostly loli and shota) isn't.

Loli content will be removed from initial release but patch will restore it, that's how censorship bypass usually works for h-games anyway. And new build's file system allows to do it (closer to ProjectR in handling character assets).

So I have the mod pack, put all the files where they are supposed to be and moved the directory so that the path is short, but when I start the game the menu still doesn't appear. Am I missing something?
