It was fully uncensored and corrected back in a day of 2.0.14.0 release.
Upcoming Steam release will be a big test for bypassing censorship, though. There's a new file system, so we expect a patch that will restore censored content. But out of the box it won't allow to render loli's, any figure with flat-chests, meaning that Vivi and Niel will be altered in some way unless there's a patch applied.
New file system alone is worth the wait, though. Should be faster performance-wise and slightly better mod support for folks like me

It'll be fine. There are games on steam with bestiality, shota, loli, and all the other things Valve specifically says they don't allow. In fact, instead of taking the risk most devs just ignore Valve's "open" policy on ero content and release gutted games and just host the patch elsewhere, to the point where if a game doesn't have a patch it's either very fictionalized that it'll be hard for activists to complain about it (princess and conquest) or is incredibly vanilla.
Regardless, I think the game will do just fine.

Well, I'm just telling what I know about upcoming release. Devs are playing safe game with Steam so there's going to be a patch for that particular version.
It's kinda like a sneak peak so people don't freak out later that loli, Niel and Vivi are missing.

That Konohoha game exclusively based around loli with a loli protag and cast that's banned here is on Steam, lol. Blew everyone's mind. So ya, I do agree with you, there's going to be a patch for sure but I don't think anyone should be surprised or worried imo.
Can you tell us the proper name of that game? Searching for "Konohoha" gives all sorts of things, but none are about loli.

Magical Girl Konoha I believe is the title it was given for its Steam release/version. Still find wild how, even if it needs a patch for the adult content, that game is good enough for steam, BUT somehow this place is too good for it.

And I agree. It's loli-focused from a loli-focused dev well known for their hardcore loli focus, and it's not even censored on Steam, so it's technically far worse than the JPN if you think about it.
Blows my mind it's just chilling there while a ton of other games get banned lmao.
Does anyone else have trouble with pixys on CB? They don't seem to take girls to birthing room when they get pregnant unless I move the monster around.
This is probably "restless girls" mod being switched off. It sets rest between sex sessions to 0, giving pixies no time to move the girl.

There is basically only Complex Breeding mod. And "Complex Breeding for Dummies" if the difficulty jump is too high.

This is fucking awesome. Only thing I'd be curious about is if the brainwashed NPCs can have increased womb size but honestly this is just amazing. I can finally have a dungeon of princesses!

I did test that on my end and their wombs can be expanded actually. Also will show two fetuses, but there's only one slot in the room for each so other child will be "discarded" basically.
You'll have to edit/rewrite that room's code to make it spawn two/three kids nearby each NPC.
Since it's been a long time, I'd wish someone could take a shot at reverse-engineering ComplexBreeding for easier custom edits.
That's exactly what I was asking, if it just despawns the extras lol. I noticed the spawn rate settings for princess aren't working out for me, even if I set everything else to zero it's not cutting me any slack but I probably just don't understand it
