how does one get the rune ending? Im a bit confused on what a "tactile room" is
Brainwash all special NPCs (Amilia, Flora, Niel, Sena and Lena, Barbara), build 50+ tentacle rooms, sell 100+ eggs. All of it should be done till end of day 50.
Ending will give you... ending illustration in gallery (non-H illustration), that's it. We don't get to smash Rune. Maybe in game that's currently produced, ProjectR, maaybe.

Any chance to instal , and run this game on steam deck (steamOS) ?
The developers are working on getting this game sold on Steam, but it has not yet happened.
I do not know how steam deck works and if it can run non-Steam games. Might be worth a try.

My guess about steam deck support - it might work for a base game with DLC. If you want to make mods to work, and most of them rely on BepInEx to work, you'll need to also setup BepInEx. This will need a separate guide I believe.
Hey guy's I was trying the game but is there any reason their skins look the same when I select them? All girls and monsters only show the base color when selected, the girls only change breast size. I am only playing the base game.

If you mean the picture to the right, this is expected behavior, sorry. That picture doesn't adapt to the character's actual looks, and reflects only the race, age, and a few other features.
been a while sincei played this and decided to see if the complex breeding updated but im guessing the person who was makeing it just dissapeared and its no longer being updated?
Yep. Krongorka has some plans about changing things, but only after the Steam version of the game is released - it's supposed to be more mod-friendly, like ProjectR.
I looked at a certain number of posts (approximately 50 pages) and I see a bunch of different offers, ready -made options, some who have made mods react and also respond to it and say that it would be necessary to do and add, but nothing happens, the last thing was the cheat of the mod that does not really combine with the assembly of mods, there are those who really are not only talking and who know this and the people who have done it and they already have a version of the game with the game. normal balance, mods and everyone else?

The game's balance is rather easy once you have figured out what things do. But playing for the first time might be a little difficult.
The major mod for this game is "Complex Breeding", which makes the game more difficult and complicated. It might take hundreds of in-game days to see everything the game has to offer.

Im going to guess that you're asking for a modpack that is balanced. try surgy's modpack, pretty balanced imo. (search this thread for it, it's here)
