I watched them change from normal to limp over the course of one intercourse ... I thougt they might recover on their own, but they dont.
Anyone know where this is coming from and if these males can be recovered?

I'm pretty sure that is STDs spreading through your establishment. The usual solution is exterminatus dismantling of everyone affected. But you can also use cure disease potions.

And you can modify slaves with a potion sell by the brothel sisters

Doesn't breeding with the player character shift hair/eye colour slowly to white/green? Or is that a Complex Breeding thing?

It's just quite rare. It took quite some time for me to get my first redcap, but it did happen in the end

I plan to update Tits mod (V3 is currently WIP) to increase base day limit up to 900 seconds from default 300 seconds. Should be plenty, IMO.
Can't give you ETA for release, though.

It depends on what you want. Most users' needs would be satisfied with the version of BepInEx supplied in modpack. Which is 5.something.
Some mods want BepInEx 6.something.

Breeding a child using the same parents is the only way, as far as I know, to duplicate a slave. You could breed the slave with the Player character to keep the colors of the slaves Skin/eyes/hair, since the Player doesn't influence colors, but they have small buffs to all stats other than breeding time and health drain. Not having breeding time is a bit of a loss since it's the second most important stat in the game, but fully depraved slaves can't lose health so not having health drain isn't a huge deal.

Why do pixies sometimes get stuck and don't drag slaves from the delivery room and the milking parlor to the sex room?
I use only TitsMod from mods.

Just to note: I didn't change pixy behavior in any way for Tits mod, but I do notice that game tends to bug out in some moments when there's instabilities in framerate. Generally speaking, I believe there's some chance of random bugs which might happen. Pixies tends to break first. Amilia's slave-monster market breaks sometimes too. And if you play CB all essences in all your slaves can suddenly be set to random values, which is rare random bug, but incredibly annoying.
Complex Breeding does change a way pixy work - they can be summoned via potion early in the game (before Flora appears), Slaves with Witch and Wizard professions can summon them at the start of the night. I don't think it's the cause of pixie's behavior, but it just might be... *shrug*
As for other non-recommended mods, I'd suggest to also not to use HealthPixyPlus (it can accidentally kill slaves which rest in monster cage) and OvumRejuvenation (it can break CB's womb enlarge mechanic).

I don't use complex breeding. In active mods only tit mod and modpack installed on top with all mods turned off.

I noticed pixies break when you go to the mansion. Or when there is a lack of their number, when they do not have time to do everything at once.
These are just guesses, and maybe the problem is in the modpack itself

I see. It mostly guesses but maybe you are right about Mansion transition being the cause of pixies bug.
I do remember that pre MBM v2.0.0.0 version player needed to finish 50 days first to unlock mansion. If I'm not mistaken, it wasn't available when you started new game afterwards as well. So maybe something is very broken internally because of it. If this is the case, I don't even know where to look in the code to fix it.
But I also don't know what causes seemingly random market bug, when slaves-monster duplicates in Amilia's room. Issues like that are problematic to solve.
