what even happens in the bad ending anyways? is there a scene or is it just like "haha get fucked noob"
also jp circles/devs tend to have a thing for mascot or easter egg characters so yeah, we'll just have to see
it's also why jp games or VNs don't like to make canon endings that important or even to have them at all

"haha get fucked noob" - basically what she says, yeah. Not satisfying ending by any means.
Story wise it makes a lot of sense, because she use your building as feeding ground since she's succubus and needs essences to live. As I see it, returning players to main menu in her ending means she brainwashed MC of MBM as well, because in her CG you see MC with NPCs as puppets.
So maybe in ProjectR she decided to expand her feeding ground, since there's more and more monsters being produced. Who knows...

So how many endings are there? (And does the game say anywhere how many tentacle eggs you've sold?)

4 endings:
- Have 50000 at the end of final payment (normal ending)
- Have 50000 at the end of final payment + all NPCs at 100%, no brainwashing (CG 1)
- Have 50000 at the end of final payment + all NPCs at 100% with brainwashing (CG 2)
- All NPC at 100% with brainwashing + Build 50 tentacle rooms and Sell 100 tentacle eggs (CG 3 and game ends, no infinite gameplay mode afterwards)
There's no visible in-game counter for rooms built and eggs sold. There's a high possibility that Steam release will low room counter to 10. So my personal advice for players is to only build 8 rooms, which is the number of Unique Slaves you'll get. That's enough to get CG 2 ending, which is technically the best ending you can get.
has this ending always been in the game? I don't think I've ever gotten it... probably because I never got into the habit of selling eggs, but I couldn't swear to that.
is there anything interesting to see when you get it?

It was introduced after DLC was released and game version become 2.0.0.0.
Unless you want your game to end on Day 51 there's absolutely no point to get Rune ending. All you get is this CG for your troubles:
Possible. Last time someone asked, I downloaded the file and submitted it to VirusTotal (see here), although it's of course possible that the user has since changed the uploaded file. Best to be prudent and submit the file again to VirusTotal, and of course run it sandboxed.
Do note that merely downloading a file is very unlikely to actually infect your PC - in most cases that only happens once the file containing a virus is actually opened/executed. So in most cases it's safe to download it, let your scanner take a look and then upload it to VirusTotal.
anyone know a way to make this mod work with the stuff in the modpack? i like the mods from both but whenever i try to install them together either nothing works or just some of them works.

Rune Ending requirements can be done on the last day. There's a problem if player sold 100 eggs and built 50 rooms before that and brainwashed all NPCs. There's no going back after that point.
- anyone know if there is anything that happens if you get all achievements in a run?
Like "Build/destroy number of buildings" which gives you upgrade points? As far as I know - just points for NPCs upgrades.
There is no such mod at the mod but I agree with you that daily reports is annoying especially after day 50.

Pixies will always break down with installed BepInEx no matter what you do with such errors, sooner or later. Errors logging into the console when you hover mouse pointer over cages.
You can also see how their lines are all over the place once it breaks.
