So i wanna buy this game but i have a question regarding the version on DL site, is it completely translated in english and is it still getting updates ? or is the dev focusing on Project R at the moment ?

A bit hard to answer this question at the moment. Steam version is currently at moderation limbo and it honestly seems like it's nowhere near to be allowed (although all kinds of measures were taken to avoid this situation). I'd honestly recommend to wait for that version. Everything I know about it is written at this post (link).
If it comes to worst with steam, DLsite and 072store version is going to be updated at some point (hopefully this year) to the "steam-feature equivalent" version but without built-in content censorship which was built for it.

alright, i'll hold off for a bit, thanks a lot for the info
So theres no way to solve the milking room bottleneck? I've sorted out the slaves into cages and now many are stuck at the milking rooms. They dont have the return message, but the 40+ pixies are not moving them either.........
Running with the mod pack and no dismantle limit mod. Disabled all CB related mods. Removed the incompatible mods from the mod pack.
Seems that reloading gets everyone moved...... until their next milking........

There are two ways it can happen:
1) The return spot is already taken by newborn slaves. In this case, the solution is storing your milk-slaves in shower rooms or any other rooms that aren't slave cages.
2) Pixie automation as a whole gets stuck. This is a chronic problem of this game.
Alternatively, you can disable milking, and switch your milk production to tentacles only. Note that if you disable a slave giving birth, impregnate her, and put her into tentacles, she will become an endless supply of milk. With enough such spots, you can just disable milking the rest of your slaves.

Going to use it next time I'll test-play the game.
Can confirm that pixies are always messy when you play with BepInEx. Some reports say that error behavior occurs ONLY when mod (BepInEx) is installed. I don't see much connection here, but apparently mod-less game acts more stable for some reason.

yeah, i ran into the milk bottleneck problem as well, that's a good idea with the shower rooms, with the "no more segregation" mod, the need for breeding rooms is gone, so that frees up a little space that you can allocate to tentacle rooms or showers.

I also kinnda ran into a problem that i can't really pinpoint, most likely if the cause of some mod conflict or something, byt my minotaur refuses to breed unless i keep dragging him from his breeding room to the cage and back, also when he does start doing it, he produces no cum, so the gauge is stuck at 0 and he perpetually mates until the slave is dead...
Turned off the healthy pixie mod in the modpack, and now everything seems to run fine.

Focus on rolling for stats, then buy cosmetic potion from brothel (top shelf) and customize their look afterwards
