what do i do next?

Launch the game. If your directory looks more like mine, mods should work. Best indicator is that a console window pops up in addition to the regular game window. Ingame you can press F5 to en-/disable mods and configure them.
Btw, if this is your first time playing, it's highly recommended not to play Complex Breeding, as that mod disables all tutorials and dialogues.

If it still doesn't work, I'd recommending deleting your game folder, then starting over by following flannan's

Yeah, I’ve played it before and used the mods before too which is why I know the mods didn’t work when I saw the game instructions. I’ll check the google doc

I have this version of the game. Monster Black Market V2.0.16.0 w DLC w Uncen

When a slave has low HP, she automatically moves to the Slave Room, and after healing, she does not return to the Breeding Room, and slaves from the Lactating Station also freeze in position.

But when I disable automatic healing in the game, everything works, but I can't keep an eye on all the slaves... Is there a way to heal slaves without breaking the management system?

Not sure if there just is something I'm missing and I've checked the guide for complexbreeding yet I still don't understand how the breeding works really. Like I can get the hobgoblin and red cap easily enough but tried for a while to get something like the nekomata or succubus but just haven't gotten em at all even if I have like +10 demonic and what not

I remember a game very similar to this, the name was super simple like isekai brothel, but I can't find it anywhere. Does anyone else know what game I'm thinking of?

Need help cuz I just cant get the usagi womb dna or Neco ovarian dna. I've been constantly grinding neko and usagi and still nothing.

Make sure you got the upgrade that increases the chances of byproducts.
Also make sure you're looking for them among byproducts, and not among DNA suitable for growing new slaves.

Note that you need the following conditions:

• Necessary essence on the mother
• forbidden essence not on the mother
• right kind of father (usually a human, but sometimes a monster similar to evolution target)

Also note that evolution chances can get pretty low for rare species.

Are you using any mods? If so, which ones?

It is also possible that it's lactation station that gets the system stuck - if there's no pixie to automatically empty the milk tank, the pixes assigned to milking will be stuck there until you empty the milk tank.

Nope. In spite of being a succubus, she isn't horny, it seems. Maybe we'll have the opportunity later in Project R.

I believe it only applies at a new game start. As the player's sex time is baked into the save file I think.

when i tried it, it didnt affect the game at all, i try 999 and -999

so i installed tits mod and then the modpack, and everything worked fine at the start but now all the women sprites are blacked out and whenever i try and use the hotkey to sell a monster, i get this error:

Dunno about the hotkey, but the women's sprites being blacked out is part of CB and not a bug.

Pixies randomly not moving characters properly is probably due to having too many chars, right? Or is there some random interaction causing it? Playing w Modpack

Pixies are the least stable part of the game. But removing pixie-related mods from the modpack entirely is a good idea.

That's unfortunate. I've already deleted restlessgirls and pixiesinprivate as per your guides. HealthyPixies cause issues too then?
