Took a look at it and sadly it looks like it has some form of always-online DRM. It opens a websocket to
ws.gravecompanions.com and trades auth and game state messages around, doesn't seem trivial if at all possible to crack.

This is very expensive early access, specially for developer who already changed the game concept multiple times, and forcing peple to pay for a "demo" 15$! Currently they have 40 patrons....
