Nothing at the level of this masterpiece, but a couple games are worthy of attention.
The Lord of Isekai Brothel: probably the closest to this, but the gameplay portion during sex is a hit or miss.
Open at Nine: surely a great game, but very short and few girls.
Monster Black Market: has similar concept, but without a proper story and slow gameplay at the start.
Dusk Pub: same type of management game, but most girls are human and the sex is only with you and only outside of work.
Monster Girl StripClub: has potential, but for now is just a glorified demo still in development.
Otherwise, you can try Dungeon's Legion or the Goblin Burrows franchise.
Both games have a different concept but are great management games with army of monsters controlled byt the player and a lot of intercourse with human girls.
I can't play the game, even in the full screen I can't have click on button strat a new game after the main title ...

If you only mind the artstyle, it isn't simple to answer you since there are many 2d games with good art depending on the personal preference of everyone. Art is very subjective after all.
Personally I would suggest the original Monster Girl Quest trilogy, a must for who love monster girls.
Kingdom of Subversion, while being still in development, could also be a good choice.
If you don't mind AI artists, Prayed of Distorted Minds could deserve a try.
Despite being demon girls and not monster girls, He Who Vowed to Create a Demon Harem has good artstyle and an interesting story.
If you search something more similar in gameplay, my post #849 in this same topic should give you some idea.
I suggest Open at Nine, very short game but is worth the time spent.
