The only way I can imagine it would be that the MG is using a secret technique like Vilis Curse after they managed to defeat MC once and stalk him because the MC would automatically leave ero behind if he get defeated while vanishing. The only MG that tries to eat a soul is Catherine from the Succubus Trio and the Exadventurer that turned into one.
Sofia whas earlier on eating souls but now is on cold turkey and Kotone is trapping the adventurer into mindentrapping because she has extremly high standards in love after she got hurt so bad so that she want one that has a strong mind that can endure her mindbending and still being able to think while equally is extremly strong like Herkules Yukimura Sanada because which women does not want a superhero and he shall have no problem with being under her control because she is to hurt to let herself trust that he is different so if he shows his dark side that is not those of a secret masochist she can protect her against him.

With other words she is a big paradoxon like the modern women aka a Female Ted Mosbey.

Let's see if I can clarify it in an easy way.

1º What I'm talking about is just a mean/evil personality, basically that a monster girl interacts, at least initially, with egoistical reasons, a few of those said reasons could be "she wants power, so she has sex with the MC to level-drain him", "she wants money, so she asks for money to have sex with the MC" (a more evil evolution would be like what Venefica does but making you get pleasure to spend your money on her shop, as much as you can).

2º It isn't a fetish or anything like that, as I said, it's just a personality, nothing more nothing else.

3º I know that there are characters that have been evil in the past, but what I mean is that at present we haven't met even one character that is evil/mean.

Excluding the bar and the adventure itself where they clarify from the beginning what the "rules" are, it seems to me that to a greater extent all relationships are consensual and I personally prefer it that way. Not even Venefica, Kotone and Kaia impose themselves too much in the beginning, if one headquarters enough, the possibility of reversing in the short term ceases to exist but that occurs once the protagonist decided to give them control of the situation.
It is true that there are no villains but personally it is not that I have much interest in having them, for me one of the strengths of this game is the relationships that can be established with the characters but when it comes to someone completely evil and irredeemable it is complicated that this is carried in a good way in the long term.
