Go into the game now, engage in penetration sex fight with Shizu (encounter), Kunoichi Trainee (encounter), Manticore, Nara (Mountain boss), Tengu (need to fake loosing, lure her in and tease her ego), Aiko (sadly only Anal) and probably some more. Some probably do not even need the pen sex stance (for some odd reason I always end up with thatyou do know that the girls disappear when they orgasm and lose their last spirit, right?

That being said I'd probably agree with your final point and it may just be something that has to be hand waived as game logic.

Technically all of them disappear after loosing the last spirit because that is the phrase the game states as combat ends. In some cases right after they "disappeared" it gets completely ignored that they did and girl & PC keep fucking each other (besides, Nicci who fights not only near her room but on exactly her "spawnpoint" does not have any; Manticore does have one but is far from home).
I do think this disappearing the moment the last spirit went is some original idea from when they might had some possible future directions for the game in mind from which it completely evolved away from which is why we have quite a few "victory" scenes. Besides to save time especially at the beginning of development when when a certain amount of quantity needs/wants to be covered.
And considering again that every girl has a scene when the PC looses too its not far fetched to see more of them getting made for when he wins. I mean going pure by spirit dependency and some of the loose descriptions the PC must have dozens of spirit more than he actually does at the start of the game.
