It was a relative comparison. Compared to mental enslavement, addiction, or, you know, not being basically cosplay, it's pretty vanilla. Putting the mc into what could easily have been written as a food coma and then doing a wakeup blowjob is not something I'd expect to put off the average joe.

Trisha - Same as Kyra. Her romance cannot progress until you're the dominant one in the relationship.

Perpetua - An exception. While you pursue her, she genuinely leads once the romance starts going.
Forest Dungeon:
Mika - You have to dom her and then spend money on her to progress her romance.
Vili - She doesn't acknowledge you as a possible partner until you blow her brains out mating press style.
Ancilla - An exception. She doesn't even have maledom content.
Mountain
Jora - You have to lead both romantically and sexually on this one, due to the emotional intelligence difference.
Camilla and Bubble slime have no romance right? Pretty sure.
