regular winrar is sufficient enough, just extract it with japanese encoding that available in the 'name encoding' in the option menu. and run it with locale emulator if i remember correctly.

it's an automatic thing. if a bit of a misnomer if you ask me, anything that does not get a direct update by the dev in a certain timeframe automatically gets the "abandoned" tag. so if a game doesn't get any updates, even if there is proof the dev is activly working on it, the thread will be labeled as abandoned. even if "Lack of recent Updates" would be more applicable.

If you had been on Patreon you would have gotten updates. Kenko doesn't pay attention to f95zone nor are they the person that made this post. There isn't a lack of updates. The updates are just not getting to f95zone.

Kenko literally apologized for not doing a Q&A about MGE RPG. There is also downloads for the game there. Just because Kenko doesn't post about their game as frequently as the encyclopedia doesn't mean that the page isn't dedicated to the game as well. Kenko is still developing the game and encyclopedia AT THE SAME TIME. Have some patience.
I completely understand your frustration. You have to understand it from Kenko's perspective though. This game is going to be Monster Girl Encyclopedia RPG. It will probably have a normal battle and Battle fuck system if my digging in the code of the game is correct. In case you've forgotten the MGE world has it's own villains the church and the gods of that world. Let's not even get into how massive the encyclopedia actually is. Keep in mind Kenko may be planning on adding every monster girl from the encyclopedia. I honestly think this game could potentially go into the 5 to 10 gigabyte range if not more. You guys can rage and troll all you want but that's not going to make Kenko go any faster. Kenko clearly wants this game to be perfect and won't stop until the game represents Kenko's ideal world.
I always though the game was going to be smaller, we are talking about an anomaly in that world (MC forming harem with species that don't allow it by default) so it always felt right to have various games with different protagonists forming their abnormal harems.

This would be the best way to make the games. This works very well for poke'mon afterall and they have more mons than even Kenkou himself.
