I downloaded locale emulator, and it works for other things, like rpgmaker game exe files that require japanese locale to run, but it doesn't work for 7zip for some reason. I don't get it.

It's hurting his brand if people get the wrong interpretation of his work from that. And his work is creating a framework for fanwork. So all fanwork derived from it is his in that sense. Kind of like how DC can go after people creating adult fanworks of Superman and selling it.

i care more about creative freedom than the "brand integrity" of the porn sex author, actually.
also, works on fanfiction.net are not commercial, and are not bound by the same laws as commercial works. i can draw superman as wide as he is tall with tits to match and DC can't do shit about it, and for good reason. taking down a fanfiction because you don't like it is abuse of power, plain and simple.

At most all KC can do is complain that people are trying to hurt the image of MGE by creating eggregious shit. He can't take anything down. The moment they try to make money off their heinous shit though, he takes them down.

True to a degree, if you start deviating away from what the original work was, it's still fan fiction, but it's bad fan fiction. At that point you're making your own thing. Plenty of series that have the darker sides of monster girls, and delve into them. Hell some go fully in and have them pretty close to what they actually are supposed to be instead of being romantized.

Yeah, tell that to Sony, Disney, or DC... they've got very aggressive lawyers who routinely go after fanfic authors for depictions of their IPs that they don't like.
