There are lesbian events in game, but those are random events in the overworld where you see 2 woman have sex, so theoretically it is avoidable.

Amanita event is in the Biggy's in Packwood. The top left shelf has an interaction, if you have an amanita in your party.
For the poster I can't tell. There are a lot of posters in packwood. Could you make a screen of your journal?
